Free help with communication and language
We provide these at no cost to you:
- Aids and services for people with disabilities — including qualified sign language interpreters, and written information in large print, audio or accessible electronic formats.
- Language services for people whose first language is not English — including qualified interpreters and written information in other languages.

If you think we have discriminated
